Phuket Elephant Nature Reserve Ethical Sanctuary
1.Phuket Elephant Nature Reserve Ethical Sanctuary
Spend about 3.5 hours at Phuket Elephant Nature Reserve watching rescued elephants in jungle areas and natural ponds. Prepare vitamin balls with mahouts, learn how dung is recycled, then join a Thai cooking demonstration and eat what you make. No riding, bathing, touching, or direct hand feeding is allowed. Guides may include Tom, Steve, or Dong.

“I thought that we would have to keep our distance from the elephants with this being an ethical elephant sanctuary, but that was not the case. Although there is no riding or bathing with the elephants, we interacted with all 5 of them. I would highly recommend the half day tour. It was well worth it. I feel like we had a more interactive experience than the others. Our wonderful guide made it a Great day! I highly recommend.”
