Spend about four hours snorkeling around Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area near Villasimius. A qualified guide, possibly Mauro, leads you between several sea sites, including Isola dei Cavoli. Wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel, drinks, snacks, and park entry are included. Pickup is free within 5 km.
