Our communication was in sign language! A bit frustrating as we noted the tour was in English. That apart he had our tickets and a lovely smile. We arrived at 830am and had to wait for half and hour before the gates opened which was a waste of time. But aside from all we had a fabulous time and getting to the top was awesome.
